This is located in the ground floor of the EICC, Strathblane Hall, and will be open during normal congress hours. Please note that there will be a charge for services used.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificates will be emailed to all registered delegates on the final morning on the congress.
Delegates are advised that they are not allowed to take photographs of any posters or presentations without the author’s/presenter’s consent. Delegates should also obtain consent from an author before citing any of their work that was presented at the congress.
Mobile phones should be switched off or placed on ‘silent’ during sessions. Thank you for your co-operation.
Exhibition Opening Hours

Your name badge must be worn at all times otherwise you will not be allowed entry to the Conference Centre.
Please leave any luggage or poster tubes with the staff at the cloakroom. This will be manned during the normal opening hours of the congress.
Tea/Coffee Breaks and Lunch Arrangements
Catering points will be located over two levels in the Conference Centre. The main points will be located in the lower level Cromdale Hall (beside the exhibitors) and the secondary points in the ground level Strathblane Hall. Please follow the directions of the Staff at the Conference Centre.
If you have requested a special diet at the time of registering (other than vegetarian), then your name badge will have a sticker on it which you should show to the catering staff who will bring you your pre-ordered food.
